The crash passed on the night of October 17 when Bohm was driving at an intimidating speed of 104 mph in a 45 mph zone on PCH.
The students, Niamh Rolston, Peyton Stewart, Asha Weir, and Deslyn Williams, lost their lives at the scene.
Initially, Bohm was arrested at the accident site, but he was released from custody as authorities investigated the circumstances.
Later, he was re-arrested and booked on suspicion of murder. The tragedy left a void that can never be filled.
Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón emphasised the profound loss.
